Enrolment Instructions Reporting time: Registration will commence at 12:30pm on 30 March 2017 Reporting Venue: Registration will be outside LT21 Dismissal Time: Participants will be dismissed at approximately 6.30pm on the 1
April 2017. Indemnity & Consent Form to be completed and signed
Forms are to be completed and submitted at registration on the first day of the camp.
Medical DeclarationImportant! If an applicant contacts any illness or disease between submission of the Registration Form and the commencement of the programme, he/she will have to consult a doctor and keep us informed.

CAMP RULESRules and Regulations1. Do not leave the school premises unless permission is obtained from the Camp Commandants.2. Be punctual for all activities.3. Co-operate and always maintain a positive attitude by being enthusiastic – the camp will
be what you make it out to be.4. Keep the school premises and areas clean.5. Stay with your group at all times and if you must leave, please inform your facilitator (FA).6. Do not bring any unnecessary valuables and report any loss immediately [TP is not liable for any loss of belongings].
7. Sleep at the allocated time and area to avoid disturbing others. 8. STRICTLY NO smoking, gambling and any other form of inappropriate behavior.9. Inform your facilitator (FA) or any member of the organizing committee immediately if you are not feeling well.10. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend any part of the rules and regulations without prior notice.11. Footwear must strictly be shoes at all times, unless stated otherwise by FAs for games or injuries.
