OBJECTIVE: Ensuring sufficient funding for projects in

cost-generating departments of the company

Deadline: 2011-12-31

Calculated by the Synergia™ the objective completion forecast shows whether the way an objective was delegated and

if all would equally strongly strive to achieve this goal ... Let's

talk about it during our next meeting.

Somehow, the determination in this regard is melting.

Unless the entire style of interdepartmental cooperation gets

changed.

Somehow all gets blurred. Both in actions and in conversations.

And on top of that, there is a change in personnel planned now,

so it will get even more confusing.

I think that everyone cares about it. The fate of the company

depends on it.

This is mainly due to the upcoming annual leave of Patricia.

If we really cannot secure financing in these areas, we should

all focus on this goal, and forget the others. At least for now.

This should be the most important goal for Projects

Department, I reckon.

I guess this is what project department should be about, right?

This could be the ONLY goal of Projects Department. If it would

be realized in 100%, there is nothing else needed for full

happiness.

The top management focuses on useless actions in the area

that functions very well: e.g. logistics. I believe, that if we would

all focus on one goal, we could achieve much more.

Not enough!

Nobody thinks in those terms when preparing new projects.

Could be more! But I understand that competition at the top of

the priority list is huge.

If you look at the actual process of creating and implementing

projects: not at all. If you look at the verbal statements and the

various demands of the board, is: very much so. Difficult. They all

have good intentions, but there is no person who would feel

100% responsible for obtaining that result.

I think this is a priority, and somehow it gets blurred out in the

tumult of other, unimportant, administrative, daily goals, without

which one can easily live.

I feel that there is more talking about it, than acting...

From what I know, there aren't many of such deficit areas (at

least I do hope so).

Of course very large. VERY large. Deficits do not serve us well.

It is not enough to have power and resources. You still

need to have skills and determination. I'm not sure if there

is enough of that.

To what extent do you feel personally responsible for whether or not your

organization achieves this objective?

unfortunately, despite me volunteering, nobody has

involved me during the work on this goal

I do not believe, it's my area? At least it is not formulated

in my task descriptions. But, of course, I do support it.

My area is exactly like that, and the project-based

financing works here just fine. But I believe there are more

departments in the company who could use some extra

financing. For some reason they don't seem to care much.

As a regular employee I don't have too much influence on

what the company decides :-(

It's not something I could do myself...

What effect will the results obtained by achievement of that objective

have on your work?

I could focus on the most profitable activities and not

worry about "patching holes". We all would profit on that.
