Featuring a long, elegant dining space in the rustic setting of the stables, this area is idyllic for anything from a wedding reception to a 50th birthday or a gala dinner. An option of hiring the lawn area adjacent to the Newmarket Stables is available for larger scale events or to create two areas for the one event.

Newmarket roomThe Newmarket Room and Residence Lawn is a beautiful private setting to the rear of the Newmarket Residence. This is an ideal setting for an intimate function, meetings and conferences. This heritage building has all of its original features including the large open fire place, whilst providing all modern day conveniences such as a state of the art commercial kitchen and bar. Upon request a marquee can be organised for the yard area which would fit approximately 160 guests.

The sale ring's diverse space can cater to many different conversions including a boxing ring, cocktail party, luncheon or a 21st birthday with the auctioneers podium utilised for compère's, DJ's and public addresses. It is also an ideal space for fashion parades, exhibitions or sporting events. There is the option of hiring the Bistro plus Sales Ring for a sit-down dinner after a parade or ampitheatre event.
