Victoria Cross Metro StationLocated on Miller Street, North Sydney, this $476M development includes the construction of a 42 level, 60,000m2 commercial development over the Victoria Cross Metro Station.
This development includes construction of below and above ground improvements with the metro station structure for appropriate integration with the Over Station Development.
The station comprises a retail precinct located off Denison Street with access to the platform via a concourse level.

Australian Institute of NanoscienceSydney UniversityThis development involved the construction of the Australian Institute of Nanoscience building behind the School of Physics at the University of Sydney.
The building contains a world class precision laboratories purpose built for nanoscience technology, cleanrooms and electron microscope suites, modern teaching facilities including a new 300 seat lecture theatre and a green roof.
Steve Watson and Partners were the BCA consultants on the project for Lendlease. The project commenced in mid 2013 and was completed in June 2015.

Wallace Wurth Research Centre UNSWThe $120M redevelopment of the Wallace Wurth Building at the University of NSW Kensington Campus involved the refurbishment and extension of the existing building for the Faculty of Medicine and the Kirby Institute.
