The overview of Rapid Campaigns is to provide clients with a powerful, integrated tool for creatingprofessional-quality e-mail and print campaigns based on customer information. Use Rapid Campaigns toolsthat can create rich HTML and text e-mails, using conditional messaging capabilities for precisepersonalization, and tracking of delivery and responses.

Description:Most property owners are not aware of the value of their trees and shrubs until they attempt to replace themfollowing a loss. HMI developed its system to provide accurate and affordable access to replacement costsso that property owners can plan for, or recover from, their losses. HMIs replacement values have beenused to determine insurance coverage requirements for specific plants and to establish casualty or propertyloss values following a storm, fire, accident or other events.

Project # 3 : CSP Fulfillment Project

Client :Horticultural Asset Management INCRole : Quality Engineer Team Size : 4

Description:The objective of this engagement is to build a Fulfillment program that is similar to HMIs current suite of webapplications. When completed, the new program will enable clients of Cool Springs Press to customize thepublication of a gardening book specific to their property. The books published will either be assembledelectronically by HMI, from a select list of plants identified on-line by the client (Gold version), or following anon-site inventory conducted by an HMI arborist (Platinum version). HMIs system will either assemble thebook from primarily pre-designed pdf pages (Gold) or it will create pdfs from content that exists in itsdatabase of plant content (Platinum). Each pdf will be configured as a report, which will be sent to thepublisher to be printed as a book.

Description:Risk management is an integral part of project Management which is aimed at anticipating, identifying, andaddressing events that may impact project success from the early stages of project life cycle so as to reducethe negative impact of the Risk on the project. Project risk is an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs,has a negative effect on at least one project objective, such as time, cost, scope, or quality. The objective ofproject risk management is to increase the probability and impact of events beneficial to the project and todecrease the probability and impact of negative events.

The Risk Management System focuses on automating the activities associated with identifying the risk,evaluating the risk and monitoring of the risk. The application will have workflows for communicating the riskswithin the team. This application aims at reducing the documentation work and also in increasing theawareness of the project risks within the team.
