Test MTU on OS 6400

Setup one stream from port 1/5 to port 1/6, bandwidth 100Mbps, frame size fixed in some conditions: 1600, 3000, 9216

Configures the maximum frame size for Gigabit Ethernet interfaces

-> interfaces 1/15 max frame 1600

-> interfaces 1/17 max frame 1600

After that, we changed Maximum frame size on OS 6400 to 3000, 9216
