Welcome!!e Sweet Pea Festival is back for the 33rd year as your local festival of friends, fun, food, and of course, the arts. Our volunteer board is excited to o"er a fantastic program. Highlights include the multi-platinum contemporary swing band Big Bad Voodoo Daddy; Curtis Salgado, 2010 Soul-Blues Male Artist of the Year at the Blue’s Foundation Blues Music Awards and John Belushi’s inspiration for the Blues Brothers characters; and a main stage performance of Robin Hood featuring a cast of budding local thespians. Favorites old and new are sure to be found among the food vendors and arts and crafts booths, and it will be hard to miss the overwhelming joy/barely controlled chaos of the ever-popular children’s activities area near the Family Stage.Don’t miss out on the Sweet Pea activities outside the friendly con#nes of Lindley Park: !e Bite of Bozeman, Chalk on the Walk, Art Show, Children’s Run, Parade, and the Ball are all local favorites. On behalf of all the volunteers who continue to make Sweet Pea a rousing success, I invite you to join your friends and family at this year’s festivities.Darin OelkersPresident of the BoardSweet Pea Festival 2010
