    Tmdpottswhy would you be, its a cut. he put into effect theworkouts your doing and your job and body type tocome up with the meal plan. Unless you are doing lotsof extra cardo then you would just eat what it lists.

    mantamagic888If your cutting fat, BCAA are protein without the caloriesand faster absorption. I use instant BCAA powder, inyour body in 10mins and about 30 calories compared toabout 120 for a protein shake. Skip the pwo shake andjust have a meal an hour after.
