SWA/Balsley is the successor firm of Thomas Balsley Associates, a New York City-based design firm that specializes in urban landscape architecture in both the public and private realms. The firm’s diverse portfolio in New York and around the world includes award-winning landscapes of all scales, including parks, plazas, street-scapes and waterfronts. We are offering a full-time paid internship opportunity for approximately two months to a student with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and exemplary design and technical skills. The individual should have experience in creating innovative and sophisticated design/presentation graphics. Our studio environment offers interns an opportunity to interact directly with Tom Balsley, the 2015 recipient of the prestigious ASLA Design Medal.
