At Scotland Wright Associates, we understand that real estate is actually about relationships. We strive to get to know our clients, and help them make a decision that will benefit their business. So far, it has. Scotland Wright Associates was established in 2002, but its real estate roots are much deeper. Founder Scotland A. Wright first became enamored with real estate as a child.

Our Team

Scotland Wright

Scotland Wright is Founder and President of Scotland Wright Associates, a commercial real estate services company. He specializes in representing the real estate interests of major office and industrial tenants and owners. Wright’s major clients include Acuity Brands, Amtico International, Atlanta Gas Light Company, Bain & Company, Herman Miller, HealthPort, Siemens, North Point Ministries, TR Systems, Georgia Pacific, Radiant Systems, Shaw Industries, American Trade Products, Guest Supply, Inc., Genuine Parts Company, Promina Health System, and Innotrac Corporation.

Wright was formerly a Managing Director with Insignia/ESG, Inc. overseeing all the industrial brokerage activities throughout the Southeastern United States. Prior to his tenure with Insignia, Wright was a Vice President with Carter & Associates where he was consistently awarded the CARTER “Top Five” production award.

Wright has been an active member of the Georgia Chapter of Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS for many years and was the Chapter’s 2006 President. Previously, he was the 1997 president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS and continues to serve on that organization’s board of trustees. Wright was awarded the prestigious “Silver Phoenix” Award by the Commercial Board of REALTORS in 2009.

Wright is active in a number of community organizations, including serving as a Trustee on the North Atlanta High School Foundation. He is a founding member of Buckhead Church and an Elder of North Point Ministries. Additionally, Wright is a director with Ministry Ventures and Young Life – Northwest Atlanta. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a native Atlantan.

Our Team

Scotland Wright

Patrick Braswell joined Scotland Wright Associates in 2010 to specialize in the representation of office tenants in metro Atlanta and throughout the country. His focus and expertise are on all aspects of an office tenant’s commercial real estate needs.

Patrick has negotiated over 200 lease transactions and consistently has been recognized as a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club (more than $5 million in volume). Prior to joining Scotland Wright Associates, Patrick spent seven years with Colliers International, where he was an assistant vice president of Colliers Office Services Group. While at Colliers, Patrick was awarded the company’s Enthusiasm Award for 2004 and the Originating MCA Award in 2006.

Patrick graduated from Clemson University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors. A resident of Buckhead, Patrick is a member of Buckhead Church, where he and his wife participate in a couple’s small group Bible study. Away from the office, Patrick enjoys golf, fishing and playing basketball.

He says the opportunity to be a part owner of Scotland Wright Associates is a significant step in his career and growth as a leader. “To work with Scotland and be part of such an established company that is known for excellence and integrity is a real privilege. Our Team

Michael Tucker

Michael Tucker joined Scotland Wright Associates in 2009 as an associate focused on office tenant representation.

Mr. Tucker’s previous employment includes experience at the corporate headquarters of RaceTrac Petroleum, where he progressed from intern to an assistant project manager focused on construction management.

A University of Georgia graduate, Mr. Tucker was involved in Phi Gamma Delta and was a founding member of Classic City Community Church during his years in Athens. He was recognized on the dean’s list while earning a degree in speech communication. Although no longer in Athens, Mr. Tucker still enjoys all things UGA —especially cheering on his beloved ‘Dawgs.

As the second of four children and a metro Atlanta native, Mr. Tucker learned to compete early, eventually becoming a three sport letterman at Buford High School. Today he resides in Atlanta and spends his spare time on the golf course, fly-fishing and hunting.

Stacey McCown Hill

Stacey McCown Hill is the Operations Manager of Scotland Wright Associates. McCown Hill assists Mr. Wright in the day-to-day operations of the business. Her duties include, but are not limited to, tenant representation, financial analyses, lease and sales contract administration, and compilation of property, marketing, and demographic information for clients.

Ms. McCown Hill also served as Mr. Wright’s assistant during his tenure as Managing Director with Insignia/ESG, Inc. She has been employed in the commercial real estate industry since 1989 and has worked in various capacities within the industry including office leasing, lease administration, and property management. McCown Hill is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS. She served as the past President of her neighborhood homeowners association for three years. McCown Hill is a native Atlantan and attended Georgia State University.
