WARRANTY

CAUSES OF SUZI COIL FAILURE

1. Inferior nylon materials used.

2. High percentage of recycled material used.

3. Metal spring coming away from end fitting, causing the tube to kink on fitting tube insert.

4. Not conforming to Australian Design Rules ADR-38-/04 and other applicable international performance standards, such as SAE J1131, ISO 7626, DIN 74324, DIN 74323 and ISO 7375.

SUZI COIL TESTING

1. Check the outer surface of Suzi Coil tubing for abrasive marks.

2. Check the outer surface of Suzi Coil tubing for kinks.

3. Pressurise Suzi Coils and spray soapy water all over the coils and check for leakage.

4. Pressurise Suzi Coils and spray soapy water all over the end fittings and couplings and check for leakage.

5. Check that coils are correctly mounted on Pogo Stick and not excessively dragging and scuffing on hard surfaces, such as checker plates.
