New Civil Service Law
An efficient and effective government administrative body, characterized by professionalism, transparency, justice and
responsiveness, offers quality services, and can be held
accountable, able to increase citizen satisfaction, and strongly
contributes in the achievement of Egypts development goals and in improving the status of the Egyptian people.

ENERGY REFORM MEASURES
The government put in place measures to rationalize all subsidies during 2014/15 as part of a gradual plan in the medium term to
reduce these subsidies.

US$ 1.5 billion private equity investment fund that will partner with private sector investors to create jobs, across
