lives and playing our part in addressing health inequalities.
• Providers of a 10 bedded assessment and intervention service
for adults with a learning disability whose behaviour puts
themselves and/or others at major risk of harm.

What we want to achieve
Listening and acting on stories from clients and carers about their experiences regarding medication
Better individualised information pre, during and post admission to
inform clinical decision making
Detailed analysis and monitoring of PRN usage pre, during and
post admission
• Better understanding and usage of medication at the Selden Centre • Overall reduction in PRN usage across community and inpatient services• Demonstrate increased understanding and participation of service users and carers in decisions re: medication • Knowledge and awareness of what we can do to improve
