As a recruiting coordinator, I assisted six “field” recruiters in the areas of scheduling, prospecting and hiring

I’d like to divulge a few of the amazing accomplishments I’ve had at JCP…

Job Accomplishments:

Coordinated an average of fifteen interviews daily

Maintained an average of twenty open job acquisitions

Sourcing: Posted to job boards, created search strings and made prospecting phone calls in the areas of recruitment

Facilitated an average “time-to-fill” record of eight days per requisition

Utilized and maintained candidate tracking programs PeopleSoft and Avature

Touched approximately thirty candidates daily in order to facilitate candidate engagement

Selected to conduct behavioral and panel interviews for an

“Individual Development Plan” conference and capture

contact information for in-house attendees who qualified for

open positions.

Recognition and Involvement

Selected by VP of Organization and Development to consult in an “Own Your Runway” campaign to foster the candidate interview experience and promote the JCPenney and Human Resources brand internally and externally

I’ve Worked for Team in Training®

As campaign coordinator, I recruited and retained fundraising and non-fundraising volunteers to aid in marathon, triathlon and cycling events
