SURPASS hiT 7050 represents a true multi-service network element that can bedeployed as a terminal multiplexer (TMX),an add-drop multiplexer (ADM) and a smalllocal cross-connect (LXC) in point-to-point,chain and ring topologies and ring intercon-nections.
