Nevertheless, outfitted with a B.Com and LLB degree coupled with a rich industry experience of

two decades, Mr. Sureka focused on nurturing the nascent company by instilling the qualities of

hard work and perfection amidst his team members. Since then, our core values of team work,

Mr. Sanjay Sureka, Managing Director of Sureka Group, carries an extensive experience of

thirty years in the field of production of Material Handling Equipment. His business acumen

and unwavering focus on achieving operational excellence has led the Sureka Group to

attain superior business outcomes. Driven by execution expertise and market intelligence,

Mr. S. Sureka has left no stone unturned to foster the fledgling company into a renowned

name in the Material Handling Equipment industry. Starting with a small area Mr. S. Sureka

took the organization to new heights and at present a new manufacturing facility of almost

5 times the current one is under construction.

restrictive spaces with its perfectly designed Underslung Cranes. Ensuring maximum safety and

least maintenance, these Underslung Cranes consist of Single or Double Girder variety. These

Gantry / Goliath Crane

Apart from manufacturing material handling products, Sureka Group also offers maintenance services

for its products to its esteemed clients. We send a team of technicians to our customers' site at

regular intervals to assess the performance of the equipment manufactured by us. Our team of skilled

technicians are adept at providing an array of repair and maintenance services, such as wheel

replacement, wheel alignment, refurbishment of motor & gear boxes, cleaning of panels, and

replacement of worn out or damaged parts instantly.

Design Cell

With a commendable and committed design team in place, Sureka Group ensures to

incorporating the latest technological advancements while designing its products. Apart

from self-developed design software, our design professionals also work on other softwares,

such as, Solid Works, AutoCAD 2014, and many more. Proper detailing, meticulous planning,

requisite documentation, and computer-aided drawings ensure smooth execution of the

project. Archiving of designs and drawings facilitates in further up gradation and helps in

new product development.

Currently we are looking into designing, manufacturing and commissioning of Rubber Tire

Mounted Goliath Crane and Straddle Carrier Cranes.

In the last few decades, organizations have become cognizant of the significance of imparting

training to employees and customers. At Sureka Group, we follow a rigorous training schedule

for our employees on subjects such as latest technology, effective production process,

maintenance of machinery, safety of workers, and many more.

Apart from workers, we also impart training to our customers for effective usage of equipment

manufactured by us. At the time of commissioning of cranes, our team of technicians trains the

crane operators on usage and maintenance of the equipment and provides them with a Crane

Operators Certificate.

To ensure optimum utility and to increase the life cycle of our machinery, we at Sureka

Group, follow a stringent in-house preventive maintenance program for all our machinery

and equipment. Our team of workers follows a pre-defined maintenance plan at regular

intervals to increase the up-time and availability of the machinery. This also ensures safety

and minimal disturbance at shop floor.

and qualifying vendors, which includes assessing them on grounds of technical, commercial,
