Ruku No 1:• Background --- ten verses :the one who measures up to them, will most surely go to Paradise.

• Seven attributes of a perfect believer on the basis of which he has been promised falah in this

1. Khushu in Salah ---- Condition of heart and body ---- Why and how?

2. Abstinence from vain, use less and frivolous things ---- waste of time --- Even avoid listening

and hearing them, no inclination towards indecency.

3. Purification (Tazkiyah) of wealth, morals, life and soul --- Observe and perform.

4. Strictly guard their private parts -- free from sex abuse and sex perversion

5. Honestly look after their trusts ---- House, kids, body, skills, rights and responsibility

6. Honestly look after their covenants --- Covenant of Als, Shahadah, marriage etc.

7. Guard their prayers ---- Time, purity, parts/essentials ---- Pre requisites

Hereafter ( intercession), Lawful ( extremes), righteous deeds

• Prosperity is not Allah’s pleasure and adversity is not His wrath.

• “Rejoicing in what they have” --- Ayah 53 --- Self evaluation

• Six qualities of righteous & sincere people -- Fear Allah (Khashyiat), full faith in signs of

Allah( ponder), associate none with Allah(no Shirk),Give charity but fearing for

acceptance(accountability), hasten to do good & try to excel

• No burden on anyone beyond their capacity.

• Ignorance of heart = Ignorance of deeds

• Chastisement of those that are given to luxuriant ways --- Affluent ones --- Groaning and cries

• Truth never follow the desires of people --- its not subservient

mercy, bad behavior with good ----- What is our attitude? Self evaluation.

• If enemy is human counter them with goodness but when enemy is un human (Satan), seek

Allah’s refuge.

• Ayah 100 --- Word Barzakh ---- Barrier, anything which intervenes between two things.

• Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws.

• Making fun of believers, laugh on them ---- same attitude
