Exchange Prod Prices & Simulation

Users can connect to Gateways via CrossTec to view configuration files, logfiles and real-time behavior.Users can connect via Client software to submit orders and fills.Users can view live production prices on the I, K and L flavored Gateways but cannot trade.

Exchange Prod Prices & Simulation (Contd.)Gateways are connected to exchange simulation environments and are dependent on exchange uptimes, downtimes, and/or unexpected outages.This environment is most useful for:Testing order and fill behavior. Viewing/testing user setup in TT User Setup and Guardian. Testing behavior of services (i.e., TT Chron, etc.)Recreating client problems on both the front and back end.Viewing to compare against what a client is seeing.

KLS Tech Labs

Supportland hosts the tech lab environment for the KLS team.Users must schedule time with KLS to install gateways or perform the networking tech labs.KLS tech labs have their own multicast and exchange IDs included in the instructions.

KLS Tech Labs (Contd.)This environment is most useful for:Completing a gateway installation from scratch and being able to connect to an exchange.Being able to change whatever you want on a running gateway without worrying about breaking it. Installing and testing gateway versions that are not running in Supportland.

TAM Images

Supportland has provided 4 blank images for the TAMs to use for miscellaneous installation and testing.172.31.13.195172.31.13.196172.31.13.197172.31.13.198These boxes should not be connected to the Supportland environment if running a Guard Server.
