The Pilatus Rope Park is perfect for everyone who enjoys heights. Put your skills to the test at the largest rope park

in Central Switzerland. Those looking for extra thrills will meet their match here – and no special training is

needed.

Tree Tents

Action and fun in the great outdoors! Only flying is nicer – spend the night in a swaying Tree Tent on Fräkmüntegg.

Tree Tents are spanned between trees, and have space for up to two persons. The journey to Fräkmüntegg,

exclusive rope park access, the grill buffet, breakfast and the return journey to Kriens are included in the package.

Ibex safari

Ibexes have lived on Mt. Pilatus for more than 50 years. Observing the colony is an unforgettable and impressive

experience for everyone. Accompanied by an experienced retired game warden, you will find out more about the

local fauna and flora on Mt. Pilatus, and in particular the ibex colony (May to October). The program requires

participants to spend one night up Mt. Pilatus. Only available in German.

Wood Carving

Under the instructions and guidance of a professional sculptor every participant creates its proper miniature

Pilatus. The creation will then be put on a metal stand and can be taken home as a souvenir. Other concepts can

be discussed with the artist directly.

Give your event a distinctively Swiss touch. Alphorn players welcome you to Mt. Pilatus. Hand organ music, flag

throwing, yodeling and Hornussen (a Swiss version of farmers’ golf) fit perfectly into the mountain backdrop

Fondue bar

The ultimate fondue experience! Instead of enjoying a fondue indoors, you dine al fresco. This special fondue

experience is suitable for business meals, birthdays and club outings. It goes without saying that the cheese is

from Mt. Pilatus. You can choose between the tangy Chretzenalp and the mild Pontius Pilatus cheese.

Astronomy evenings

Get an expert to explain various astronomy-related topics to you and gaze at the starry sky through large

telescopes. This fascinating experience will be rounded off in culinary terms at Restaurant Pilatus-Kulm and with a

night at Hotel Bellevue or in the historic Hotel Pilatus-Kulm.

Herbal walk

On an easy 2-hour walk, you will find out about various edible plants and their curative properties. Over a fire, you

prepare shared starters using the herbs and plants you collected.

You then have a relaxing lunch together at Restaurant Krienseregg.

Beer brewing

Do you want to create something as a team? Experts introduce you to the secrets of the art of brewing. Then it is

your turn to brew your own beer in small groups. In order to ensure that you do not go home thirsty, we will

conclude the activity with a beer tasting session.

The art of making a fire

Who can start a fire with a bow drill? Learn the art of making a fire using various traditional tools and techniques.

Our fire workshop modules include tinder studies, timber studies, safety regulations and first aid in case of cuts

and burns. Once the first sparks are ignited, we sit around the campfire and drink coffee.

Outdoor challenge

Team building exercise: the customized outdoor challenge encourages team work and is a fun activity. The

interactive tasks hone cooperation, communication and leadership skills as well as increasing mutual trust within

the team.

Outdoor climbing

Explore the fascinating Alpine world on the different routes of all levels of difficulty. Our trained guides will show

you the basics and climbing tricks as well as guiding you safely up the rock faces and back down again. Safety has

Yoga

Cocktail mixing workshop

Acquire the expert knowledge of a barkeeper. Participants form groups and then create and mix both alcoholic and

Snowshoe tour with fondue bar

When the meadows and forests are deep in snow, Mt. Pilatus presents itself as a unique magnificent winter

wonderland. The snowshoe tours led by professional guides are suitable for everyone from beginners to

experienced snowshoers. After an easy snowshoe tour lasting about 2 hours, you can enjoy a fondue outside at the

Fondue Bar in the Fräkmüntegg.

Igloo building

When you have found a suitable spot for your igloo, you will be instructed in the art of igloo building. Then you will

dig a “quarry” for yourself and saw out the blocks of snow. You will construct a unique igloo block by block under

expert guidance.
