• Update approved information to the HRD website, including information for members, department newsletter, new ideas for recruiting, uniforms, etc.
• Post the most current H-Directorate information in a timely fashion.

• Develop/maintain programs to assist in the professional and personal development of HR officers. These programs are focused on helping members with professional growth
• Analyze the effectiveness of the programs.

• Interview applicants for National positions for all of the Auxiliary Directorates.
• Refer qualified applicants to Directorates for open and future positions.
• Maintain open position postings and ensure that all postings are accurate and up to date.
