The Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to submit bids for the second round of procurement for the Supply and Delivery of various pole line hardwares for the conversion of single phase line to three phase line extension from Bgy.Luzviminda to Bgy.Mangingisda, Puerto Princesa City, as follows:

The procurement method shall be guided by R.A. 9184 and its IRR. Bid documents will be available to prospective bidders starting 19 July 2017 until 3:00 p.m. of q August 2017upon payment of a non-refundable registration fee indicated above to the PALECO teller. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of cash, cashier/manager's check in the amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the Approved Budget Contract. Pre bid conference, and deadline for the submission/opening of bids shall be in PALECO Conference Room, at 10:00 a.m. on 28 July 2017, and 10 August 2017. respectively.

PALECO hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any minor defects or infirmities therein, and to accept such bids as may be deemed advantageous to PALECO.
