Over the course of the program, Albertsons will use surveys and campaigns to gather information and interact with their supplier network.
Examples of these activities include:
• Contact Information Campaigns
• Audit Campaigns
• Product Initiative Campaigns
• Regulatory Campaigns
A typical survey process will be:
1. Albertsons determines a topic to ask the supplier community
2. A survey request is sent to relevant suppliers
3. Each supplier acknowledges the survey and responds to requested
information
4. Response times of suppliers are recorded and communicated via each
supplier’s engagement dashboard
Surveys are designed to provide Albertsons with necessary information regarding their private label products and suppliers.
