Step 1: Inhale and bring your hands in a circular motion around the head. Hold 1 - 2 minutes.

Sunrise Salutation

In Super Yoga™ we salute the sun, the source of light, becoming one with that power. Reflect on light and pure energy.

Step 2: Exhale and relax your body, bending forward. Hold 1 - 2 minutes.

Sunset Salutation

The hands in the upward position represent the rising sun. As you exhale, symbolically attune to the setting sun.

Pegasus PoseBend your legs into a horse position. Spread your arms and angel wings, accompanied with dragon fire breath for 1 minute.

Eagle Lift PoseBalance at the root center, lifting both arms and legs simultaneously. Spread your arms and lift up your legs and fly. Hold for 1 minute.

Cross of Heaven and Earth

Support your body with one arm, firmly on ground. Other arm extends straight up with forfinger and thumb in jyan mudra. Hold for 1 minute with long, deep breathing.

Pyramid PoseForm a pyramid by placing the hands and legs, spread shoulder width. Practice 1 - 2 minutes with fire breath.

Step 7: Arch the body up, open the ring of the mouth wide, stick the tongue all the way out, inhale through the nose, exhale sharply through the mouth as you pull your belly button back. 1 - 2 minutes.
