Let’s get into it…
Write out the keyword phrase in a few different waysRun your keywords through Google AdwordsGo to https://adwords.google.com/Go into the keyword planner
Choose “Search for new keyword and ad group ideas”
Type your words in
Turn off keyword options
Select the location of your audience
Click “get ideas”
Click “Keyword Ideas”
Look at the most relevant suggested keywords. Make a note.
Now, organize by search volume
Many of these words are not relevantNow, force the tool to include a minimum word combo

The highest search keyword phrase is relevant because that’s what the neighborhood is called and we think user intent is there too. Anyone searching for this neighborhood is most likely searching for homes.
