    Regional Aviation Action TeamPurpose Statement

    Recognizing that the Super Bowl experience for many visitors tothe North Texas Region will begin and end at an airport.

    The Aviation Action Team shall support the Host Committee byengaging regional aviation stakeholders to ensure airportreadiness and a positive visitor experience.

    This Team will focus on aviation activities such as airspacemanagement, terminal passenger processing, safety and security,

    ground transportation interface, VIP provisions, terminal dcor,and event promotion in close collaboration with other Super Bowlcommittees in order to achieve consistency and excellence inevent planning and execution.
