SOLVENT-BASED ADHESIVES Manufacture a variety of products in both one

component and two component formulations. The

solvent-based adhesives meet automotive

specifications for high heat and humidity. Solvent-

Based provide a large workability window, high initial

tack and our adhesives do NOT require a pre-

treatment for PP.

WATER-BASED ADHESIVES Manufacture a one component and two component Water Borne Adhesives

designed to bond most substrate combinations. Water Borne Adhesives eliminate

many of the hazardous chemicals found in Solvent Borne Adhesives, allowing for

more environmentally friendly manufacturing. Water Borne Adhesives are non-

flammable, allow for easy clean up and our adhesives do NOT require a pre-

treatment for PP.

Penguin Foam

A unique wet apply foam in place gasket material.

Penguin Foam is a single-component, fast curing flexible

polyurethane Foam-in-Place Gasket system (FIPG)

designed to increase productivity, reduce takt time and

the labor costs associated with cut gaskets.

With applications ranging from automotive, appliance

and packaging to electronic and industrial components,

Penguin Foam is the fastest and simplest way to seal

your production parts.
