Magic ring, Chain 1 and make 10 SC in ring, do not join, continue to SC in rounds. Round 2: 2 SC in each stitch around, do not join, continue to work in rounds (20 SC) Round 3: SC in each stitch around (20 SC) Round 4: 2 SC in first stitch, SC in next, repeat around (30 SC) Round 5: 2 SC in first stitch, SC in next 2, repeat around (40 SC) Round 6: 2 SC in first stitch, SC in next 3, repeat around (50 SC) Round 7: SC in each stitch around (50 SC) Round 8: 2 SC in first, SC in next 4, repeat around (60 SC) Round 9: SC in each stitch around (60 SC) Round 10: 2 SC in first, SC in next 5, repeat around (70 SC) Round 11: SC in each stitch around (70 SC) Round 12: 2 SC in first, SC in next 6, repeat around (80 SC) Round 13: SC in each stitch around (80 SC) Round 14: 2 SC in first, SC in next 7, repeat around (90 SC) Round 15: SC in each stitch around (90 SC) Round 16: 2 SC in first, SC in next 8, repeat around (100 SC) Round 17: SC in each stitch around (100 SC) Round 18: 2 SC in first, SC in next 9, repeat around (110 SC) Round 19: SC in each stitch around (110 SC) Round 20: 2 SC in first, SC in next 10, repeat around (120 SC)

Round 21: SC in each stitch around (120 SC) Round 22: 2 SC in first, SC in next 11, repeat around (130 SC) Round 23-30: SC in each stitch around (130 SC) Fasten off and weave in ends.

Rosy Cheeks: Make 2 Magic Ring, chain 1 and make 8 SC in ring, join to first SC, chain 1 Round 2: 2 SC in each stitch around, join, chain 1 (16 SC) Round 3: 2 SC in first stitch, SC in next, join, (24 SC) fasten off leaving long tail to sew onto one side of pillow cover.

Surface slip stitch smile and eyes/eyelashes onto same side of pillow cover pieces as your cheeks.

Place the two pillow cover pieces together and SC the edges together. Insert pillow form or poly-fil before closing up. Note: I did need to take some of the stuffing out of the 14 inch pillow form so it would fit better.

Make 9 large and 9 extra-large pompoms. You can make less, just be sure to distribute them evenly around pillow before sewing on.

Tie pompoms tightly along edge of your pillow.
