The Collect for the 14th Sunday after Trinity Almighty God, whose only Son has opened for us a new and living way into your presence: give us pure hearts and steadfast wills to worship you in spirit and in truth; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. OLD £1 COINS The round £1 coins will no longer be legal tender after 15 October, so any donations of the old coins to our Making History fund would be much appreciated. Please put these in the Making History glass pot in church – thank you!

FLOWERS FOR HARVEST FESTIVAL We will be decorating the church on Saturday 30 September for Harvest on 1 October. Please join us in church from 9.30am onwards, extra helpers always welcome! Gifts of greenery are also much appreciated and any cash donations towards the cost of flowers can be placed in a marked envelope in the blue box at any time. If you plan to join us on the Saturday, please mention it to me beforehand - many thanks.
