Bhumika is a Partner of Crawford Bayley & Co., oneof the oldest law firms of India. She possesses over15 years of experience in regulatory and legalpractice, specializing in corporate law. She is a lawgraduate and a fellow member of the Institute ofCompany Secretaries of India. She is a recipient ofscholarship from London School of Economics. Shehas also been awarded as Lawyer of the Year byLegal Era in 40 under 40 category in 2018.

She has co‐authored the book “Treatise on CompanyLaw” in 2014. She is a regular feature writer in IndiaBusiness Law Journal.
