Sunbelt Safety Services was established in 1985 and provides strategic solutions for handling the deadly toxic gas Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S). Operating from its Dubai head office in the United Arab Emirates, Sunbelt provides solutions that integrate health, safety and environmental management systems in accordance with regional and global industry requirements and regulations. In order to fully support

client operations, Sunbelt currently operates land bases in Kazakhstan, Kurdistan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Sunbelt offers a turnkey solution in the design, installation and commissioning of fixed fire and gas systems for both onshore and offshore assets. Such systems include, but are not limited to:

Sunbelt provides after sales and maintenance services for the equipment that it provides. Authorised service centre agreements are in place for numerous manufacturing brands in various locations in order to offer clients the highest level of after-market support. By following manufacturer recommended servicing schedules, Sunbelt can deliver efficient and cost effective product ownership for many years. Sunbelt can service equipment at client sites or at Sunbelt’s specially equipped warehouses.

SCBA Servicing/Flow Testing/Posi Check

Sunbelt is an authorised service centre for Scott breathing apparatus (NFPA/NIOSH/NFPA). SCBA testing is performed on state-of-the-art breathing apparatus flow units, which evaluate the breathing parameters of breathing air sets. Only breathing apparatus that performs in accordance with manufacturer specifications is deployed for personnel at site.

Gas Detection/Repair and Calibration

Qualified factory trained technicians conduct regular maintenance of fixed and portable gas detection equipment. All equipment is calibrated and tested before deployment to site. Sunbelt is an approved service partner for Detcon Inc.

Breathing Air Compressors

Sunbelt is an authorised service centre for Bauer Compressors, for both EU and USA manufactured brands. All breathing air compressors are tested to provide Grade D standard air before deployment. Air quality testing takes place regularly at site to confirm the compressor is continuing to produce Grade D air.

Service and Calibration

All Sunbelt regional facilities are supported with fully operational workshops with the capability to service and calibrate:

• Gas detection fixed systems and instruments• Breathing apparatus and software • DOT approved hydrostatic testing of cylinders

Based upon client requirements, safety consultants are available to visit onshore or offshore worksites to carry out servicing requests.
