CARDIO'DANCE:!This!cardio!dance!workout!will!burn!calories!and!energize!your!entire!day.
SUNRISE'SPIN:!Awaken!your!senses!and!start!the!day!with!this!invigorating!and!energizing!cycling!class.
SPINERGY:!Take!a!break!from!your!work!day!and!boost!your!energy!with!this!
high!intensity,!fat!burning!class!on!the!spin!bikes!
SWIM'CLUB:!Get!comfortable!in!the!pool!and!brush!up!your!technique.!All!
levels!welcome.
BOOT'CAMP:!Athletic!skills!and!drills!combining!cardio,!muscle!conditioning!
and!plyometric!moves.!May!include!the!use!of!weights,!bars,!balls,!sandbells,!
kettlebells,!steps!and!other!small!fitness!equipment.!
METABOLIC'BURN:!Cardio!and!muscular!conditioning!exercises!packed!into!
an!easy!to!follow!workout,!which!can!be!modified!to!every!fitness!level.
CHISEL:!Music!meets!muscle!in!this!perfect!union!of!high!repetition!low!
intensity!exercises!to!build!endurance,!define!muscle!and!transform!your!
body.
POWER'HOUR:!Cardio!exercises!combined!with!kettlebells,!dumbbells!and!
plyometric!strength!exercises.!Burn!and!sweat!
CORE'&'MORE:!The!first!20!minutes!will!be!CORE!work,!hitting!low!back!and!
abdominals.!!The!second!20!minutes!will!include!MORE!upper!and!lower!

could!even!plan!to!come!to!only!the!CORE!portion!of!the!class!and!then!finish!

utilizes!interval,!agility,!core!toning!and!strength!movements!for!the!athlete!

D.I.T.'(Dumbbell'Interval'Training):!Blast!through!plateaus!and!keep!your!heart!rate!at!its!peak!with!this!interval!workout!using!dumbbells!and!your!
body!weight.
SCULPT'FUSION:!This!class!is!all!about!total!body!creative!cardio!and!strength!moves!using!dumbbells,!balls,!tubing,!and!the!barbell.
ENERGY'CIRCUIT:!A!high!energy!rotation!of!strength!training,!cardio!and!body!weight!exercises!that!will!strengthen!and!define!your!muscles!and!keep!
your!heart!rate!elevated!for!max!calorie!burn.

training.!You!will!perform!a!combination!of!agility!exercises!and!strength!
training.

BARRE:!An!energetic,!sweaty!fusion!of!Pilates,!balletPinspired!movements,!
and!yoga;!all!set!to!fastPpaced,!hip!music.!!Weights!and!bands!add!cardio!
conditioning!and!total!body!toning.
POWER'BARRE:!Take!Barre!to!the!next!level!by!adding!various!equipment!
and!different!forms!of!resistance!to!the!exercises.!Sneakers!recommended!
for!the!first!part!of!this!class.
BARRE'FUSION:!Free!weights!and!body!weight!moves!with!a!focus!on!total!
body!strength.
POWER'YOGA:!An!athletic!style!of!vinyasa!yoga,!strongly!rooted!in!traditional!Ashtanga.!Participants!move!through!a!series!of!postures!
combining!movement!with!breath,!while!building!strength!and!flexibility.!
Best!for!those!with!previous!yoga!experience,!or!the!adventurous!beginner.!
FLOW'YOGA:!This!yoga!class!is!designed!to!get!you!moving,!breathing,!and!
sweating!by!incorporating!more!challenging!postures!such!as!creative!
standing!balance,!arm!balancing,!and!inversions.
RESTORATIVE'YOGA:!A!gentle!yoga!practice!using!pillows!and!props!to!aid!the!body!in!releasing!tension!and!enhancing!range!of!motion!through!
extended!time!in!relaxing!poses.!!Beneficial!to!students!looking!for!calm!and!
renewed!adaptations!of!classic!Yoga!poses.
FOAM'ROLL:!Learn!how!to!loosen!your!muscles!and!get!the!most!efficient!
movement!from!your!body!through!foam!rolling.!This!training!tool!acts!as!a!
deep!tissue!message!for!your!entire!body,!loosening!and!revitalizing!your!
muscles.
