General Info

● Safari campers must be signed in and out with their designated teachers in the Johnson McCoy Building (see map). No camper will be allowed to leave with anyone not listed on the registration form without documented instructions from parent. Teachers will post their location on the classroom door frame, if they are not in their rooms.

● Splash Camp participants are to be walked to the front circle (see map) off Limestone on the first day of camp. Pick-up and future drop-off locations will be given by individual teachers.

● Please record the date and time of your Sayre Summer Program choice. Children should be picked up promptly. A late fee of $5.00 per fifteen minutes will be assessed if a child is left after 6:00 pm.

● Children may bring a lunch or snack to any Sayre Summer Program, but a hot lunch will be served to Safari campers from 12:00-12:30. Lunch and snack menus will be on a two-week rotation and will be displayed outside the Sayre Summer Programs office.

● Safari campers who would like to participate in a Splash Camp will be picked up and brought back by the Splash Camp teacher.

● All the field trips will be in the morning and will return by 12:00 or 1:00 (if lunch is served on the trip), unless notified of a later return.

● Big Safari campers may help the Little Safari teachers, if a field trip is missed.

● All campers need not attend every day of the week for the program registered; however, tuition is not pro-rated.
