Come help lend a hand with us and the crew from Tangaroa, as we pick up as much debris as we can.Categorising to find out where the waste ending up in our ocean comes from. There will be a BBQ lunch for a gold coin donation, with all proceeds going to our local charity. Spearfishing Gear Try-Out Day Wish you could try out that gun or those pair of fins you want before you buy it? No problem! Our local team from Rob Allen, Salvimar, Ocean Hunter and more will be bringing in most of our range for you to jump in our pool and have a go, we’ll even have a target up to test your accuracy! Bookings essential. 31 10 It’s Party Time! It’s our 4th birthday! Come and join us to Celebrate the years we’ve had and the years to come. There will be a pool party, BBQ lunch, laughs and the team being all round goof balls, there’ll also be some fun give aways as well. Halloween Dress Up Night Dive Shore Dive It’s all hallows eve! Break out your scariest costume, blend in with all the creatures that roam the earth in the spookiest night of the year. The team is braving the ghouls and goblins in the water and going for a dive in costume. Trick or treat? Sydney Project 3D Mapping Explortion Come join us as SP take you to another world, both under the water and back through history. Samir and his team have not only traversed to depths that few people have achieved, they are mapping it so more can follow in their footsteps, to learn history and beauty of these ships and preserve their stories. Using 3D imaging and virtual reality they bring to life some of these beautiful wrecks that most of us will never see in our lifetime… POW Hyperbaric Chamber Excursion Ever wondered what happens iwhen a diver get the bends? If so, divers are invited to an evening with the staff at the POW Hyperbaric Unit and take a dry dive in the Unit’s chamber for those that would like to. Snacks, tea and coffee included $50PP Men’s Awareness Dive Day Shore Dive We have International Womans Day, so it’s only fair we have a day for the blokes out there as well. We want to make sure all the guys out there are well loved and have a support group they know they can turn to and what better an outlet than diving! We will again have a BBQ lunch for a gold coin donation, with proceeds going to Beyond Blue

Historical Divers SocietyInfo Day
Bell helmets, frogmen and rebreathers oh my! The crew from HDS have collected and preserved so many pieces of antique diving equipment, from helmet’s (also known as hard hat or standard dress), equipment from frogmen during wartime, even early rebreathers and today is the day to come and walk in the shoes of the pioneers of diving history!

We’re all about sustainability @ DSS so we thought to join forces with our local fisheries office. They boys are coming in with their fish care program, wish is all about fish identification, information and good fishing techniques, tips and tricks.Good fun for fisherman of all ages!
