Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya is pleased to release theSummer Placement report for the batch of 2020-22 highlighting theoutstanding & exceptional performance of the students.With utmost pleasure, IIM Bodh Gaya would like to announce that despitethe unprecedented challenges caused by the pandemic, the college hassuccessfully concluded the Summer Internship Placements for the MBABatch of 2020-22 and achieved the 100% placement record.For the largest-ever batch size of 183 students, IIM Bodh Gayasuccessfully hosted over 80 companies this year who showed theirwillingness in selecting candidates from the flagship program of thecollege. The Summer Placements saw highly esteemed recruiters namelyMorgan Stanley, Ultratech, Deloitte, Shriram Group, Viatris, DalmiaGroup, Galiakotwala, TVS Credit, Godrej & Boyce, Bosch, Jio CreativeLabs, NALCO, Asian Paints, Zaggle, and DSM amongst others, hiringstudents from the college for the very first time, whereas legacy recruiterssuch as Kotak Mahindra Bank, BNY Mellon, RBI, APML, and Tata Steelcontinued to place their trust in the college.For the batch of 2020-22, the average stipend stands at Rs. 41,900, whereasthe highest stipend is Rs. 1,40,000.Despite the pandemic-affected market scenario, achieving the 100%Summer placement milestone is a testament to our dynamic curriculum,academics, and industrial expertise, and the young institute’s thrust forexcellence. It is a matter of immense pride that the college is finally poisedto claim its position as one of the leading management institutes across thecountry.
