It is hard to believe that summer is almost over and our children will be going back to school soon. The wonderful members of the CECA board have been busy this summer planning activities, speakers and events for the upcoming year. To kick off this year we will be having our annual Membership Drive at the Ark at Gracepoint Chuch on Thursday, August 29th beginning at 9:30am. The membership drive is a time for the kiddos to play, parents to renew memberships and all to have fun. If you can attend the membership drive, please bring a friend so they can learn about the fellowship and activities CECA has to offer. I also wanted to remind everyone about our website www.coppellearlychildhood.org . there is lots of information on the site. There are plenty of volunteer and a few board positions open for 2013-2014. Please email me if you would like more information. Lastly, I would like to thank the 2013-14 board for all the hard work and dedication they have shown during their short time in office. I really appreciate everyone's commitment to CECA. Enjoy the rest of the summer and I hope to see everyone at the membership drive. All the best, Stacey President We had a tremendous turnout at our Annual Bubble Party event. The weather was great and the kids enjoyed the bubbles and tot swim time at the Coppell Aquatic Center. It was a fun way to celebrate summertime!

We are all given different talents, and if you are looking to get connected and use them in some way, I would love to talk with you! We have an open position on our board that has not yet been filled. Now when I say Board, don’t be intimidated! Fundraising/Silent Auction provides funds that we use to power CECA for the year. This pays for our parties and many other things CECA related. I know we are all very busy, this position would require a little extra time from you, but would make a world of difference for our kids and our organization. We wouldn’t expect you to do this alone, we all pitch in on the Silent Auction. Please give this some thought and contact Stacey Asher at [email protected] to help out or learn more. Thank you so much for your consideration!
