Practical results

- Teachers implicated in the early detection of depression; -Parents and children with more coping mechanisms regarding the depression and mental health conditions; - the same assumption is valid for nutrition purposes (such as teaching to cook on a low income household and making the most of the nourishment.
-Communicable diseases, the research of the HepB virus and its relevance for the public health and the further knowledge of this disease and its virus. - The availability of tests for the early detection of the HIV virus, syphilis and viral hepatitis.

Smart person – avoid the excessive outcomes for the projects and during the programme design. In some particular cases the promoters were not aware of the Portuguese Public Procurement Law (which is quite demanding and bureaucratic); - The promoters complain about the excessive reporting periods which
sometimes overlap in the information required. - The implication of the promoters and staff, particularly in some projects that were at risk of not achieving their goals: Harder work and commitment, led to success
