Question 2 Read the following text. Then answer questions (a – j).
IMAN’S CAMPING TRIP
Iman attended a Survivor Challenge Camping Trip recently. It was held at the Botanical Spring Camp in Kuala Lumpur. The 2-day 1-night trip included several firsts for Iman. She had never been away from home, camped out in the jungle nor participated in outdoor activities before, so she was very excited. On the first day, the participants were divided into groups. After each group settled on a team name and flag, they went through an obstacle course. This course truly challenged Iman’s physical and mental abilities. She crawled in mud, solved puzzles, walked across logs, balanced on mud-covered logs and walked on a tight rope. During the course, Iman’s progress was hampered as she tried to climb a tree and scale a five-foot wall because she was covered in the mud. Nonetheless, she managed to complete the course and felt proud of herself. That night, Iman and her teammates cooked dinner over a campfire. She retired to her tent early because she was exhausted, The following morning, Iman and the rest of the participants took part in a paintball match. She wore a protective helmet and a vest before the game started. Each member of the team had to make their way through the jungle trail in order to collect the flags. Along the way, they had to shoot tiny balls filled with paint, at the opposing teams. Iman had a lot of fun even though her team did not win the match. Later, everyone went hiking and canoeing. Iman had an amazing time, one which taught her the importance of teamwork and camaraderie.

Question 4
Read the article below.
I am allergic to mosquito bites and have tried many ways to keep the insects at bay. After years of trying out many methods, I have found the following tips to be effective.
Dusk and dawn are the times when mosquitoes come out to bite most.
Therefore, you should wear loose, long-sleeved shirts, long pants and socks if you are out during these times. You should also use a mosquito repellent cream on your skin, especially on the surface which is not protected by clothes.
Next, prevent mosquitoes from coming near you or entering your house. Use an
electric mosquito repellent when you are most vulnerable to being bitten, which is when you are sleeping. Besides that, you can also put a mosquito net over your bed. Use a white net because mosquitoes are attracted to dark colours. Another important thing to note is that the number of holes per square inch of the net should be too few. If there are too few holes, the diameter of each hole will be big enough for mosquitoes to fly through. Since mosquitoes are out looking to bite by dusk, remember to cover your bed with a net by 5.00 pm.
Finally, prevent mosquitoes from breeding in and around your house by keeping
your house and surroundings clean. Throw away empty containers, bottles or cans from your garden. Stagnant water is exactly what mosquitoes look for to breed in.

The Day the Bulldozers
Came by David Orme
The day the bulldozers came Rooks were building Crazy egg baskets in the oaks; Green flies sizzled by the pond And a cold-eyed toad Waited for them. The day the bulldozers came Squirrels were scattering Up tree trunks, And leapt from branches That were hardly there.
The fox Stirred in his sleep As the ground trembled. ‘Ha ha!’ he thought, ‘I’m quite safe, Deep down in the Earth No one can get me here. Then the bulldozers came
