Mr. Arvinder P. Singh is CEO and founder of Sukhchan Alliance LLC, an official partner of Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie-Mellon University with worldwide delivery rights of CMMI® Products and Services.
Mr. Singh is a Certified Lead SCAMPISM Appraiser for CMMI® Development Version 1.2, Authorized Lead SCAMPISM Appraiser for CMMI® Acquisition Model 1.2 and ISO 20000:2005 Auditor. Mr. Singh has more than 20 years of experience in directing & managing Process Improvement initiatives, conducting and facilitating SCAMPISM appraisals, implementing organizational changes, mentoring & preparing organizations for formal benchmarking, evaluations, audits or appraisals.
Mr. Singh’s experience includes establishing and managing Quality Management Controls for systems/software engineering, establishing and maintaining Process frameworks.
Dr. Bruce Colletti, Principal Scientist
Dr. Colletti provides reachback and advisory
support in operations research, statistics,
mathematical modeling, and simulation.
Dr. Colletti’s military and civilian backgrounds
include personnel management, logistics,
defense programs analysis, cliometrics,
information systems, decision analyses,
homeland security risk assessment, and
automated reasoning. His main area of
research applies group theory to metaheuristic
methods of combinatorial optimization.
