On behalf of Centerplate we welcome you to New Orleans and Super Bowl XLVII. As the hospitality partner for the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the NFL, we’re very excited for you to enjoy our menu of authentic New Orleans specialties.

The menu was written by Centerplate chefs Sean Kavanuagh, Orlando Morales and Lenny Martinsen, in collaboration with our James Beard Award winning New Orleans consulting chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski of local restaurants Herbsaint, Cochon and Cochon Butcher.

From the Cajun Gumbo to the Muffaletta to the Roast Beef Po’Boy to the Ponchatoulas Strawberries, this is real New Orleans football food made great from the produce of many of the same local suppliers used by Donald and Stephen in their restaurants.

Enjoy your visit to this great city, enjoy the game, and without a doubt, enjoy the food.

Placing Your Order

Ordering Online is Easy!Already a Registered User?1. Visit www.ezplanit.com. 2. Log in and click on My Account. 3. Under New Registration, click on Registration at another venue. 4. Locate Super Bowl XLVII and complete registration. You will receive a confirmation of your registration. 5. Once your registration is active, you may log in and place your order. 6. Sign in using your user name and password. 7. Select your suite number. 8. Click on the food or drink category you wish to order, use the pull-down arrow next to the menu category to choose different categories. 9. Add menu items to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add button. 10. Once you are finished, click Check Out (this will take you to your shopping cart where you can adjust quantities and add special notes or requests). 11. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Check Out (please make sure you select the appropriate method of payment). 12. Enter your credit card information including a “Card Label”. You may label “name” your credit card the date of the event for example: MM/DD/YR 13. Review your order, check the box and agree to the policies, then click on Complete Check Out. 14. You will be given an order confirmation number, and we’ll also send you an email notification called a “Banquet Event Order” (BEO). If you do not, the order was not processed. 15. Please sign and fax back your BEO to completely confirm your order.

TimingWe want you and your guests to be absolutely delighted with your experience at Super Bowl XLVII. We strive to make every detail as smooth and easy for you as possible. As you can imagine, it takes a little time to prepare for a party with 73,000 guests! So please place the order for your suite by 5 pm, January 14, 2013. This gives us the time we need to take good care of you.

Fine PrintIt is strictly prohibited to bring any food and beverage into the suites from outside of Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders canceled at least two (2) business days prior to the event will not be charged.

Food and Beverage DeliverySuper Bowl XLVII suite menu has been designed to offer progressive service. Pre-Game Delivery will be in the suite at doors open. Pre-Game Delivery is composed of two parts: the All Day Sports Food consisting of hot dogs, chips, nuts, popcorn and candy and the Pre-Game Selection featuring hors d’oeuvres, sandwiches and New Orleans Gumbo. Kickoff Delivery is the second delivery and features salads and entrees. Half-time Dessert Delivery provides delicious sweets to enjoy while watching the half time show. Lagniappe will be delivered during the first half of the game

Suite PartnersPer National Football League for the Suite usage during the Super Bowl, some suites will be shared by more than one Suite License. Your food and beverage menu has been designed to accommodate everyone. Additional items can be ordered for the suite; however, all parties must agree on the upgrade selections because they will be available to everyone in the Suite. General Information

Game Day Suite Hours Of OperationsThe suites are open for guest arrival four (4) hours prior to kickoff and remain open for one (1) hour after the end of the game. All other events are subject to gate time.

Be a Team Player—Drink ResponsiblyTo maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the State of Louisiana, we ask that you adhere to the following:

•Itistheresponsibilityofthesuiteholderortheirrepresentativetomonitorandcontrolalcoholic beverage consumption within the suite.•Minors(thoseundertheageof21),bylaw,arenotpermittedtoconsumealcoholic

beverages.•Itisunlawfultoservealcoholicbeveragestoanyonewhoappearstobeintoxicated.•Suiteattendantsandbartendersareavailabletoyouasarequestedservicetomonitor

and serve alcohol within your suite.•Nopassingalcoholicbeveragesfromonesuitetoanotherortogeneralseating.

Payment Policy All suite holders are asked to provide Centerplate with a credit card number to be kept on file. This credit card will be used for all authorized pre-orders and, per your request, on game day. Additional credit cards or cash can also be used for game day orders. On game day, the suite holder will receive an itemized final bill detailing all pre-orders and final beverage replenishment charges prior to the fourth quarter. An 18% service charge will be included.

Suite Staffing A team of Centerplate Suite Attendants staff the Mercedes-Benz Superdome Suite Level, supervised by Suite Area Supervisors. It is their responsibility to ensure that your food and beverage orders are delivered, and to assist you on event day. Additional Private Suite Attendants and Bartenders are also available for a fee of $300 per attendant. Please let us know if you need private attendants or bartenders at least four (4) business days prior to the event.

VIP Services Centerplate will make every effort to happily fulfill special requests. We regularly arrange special touches that help make for truly memorable events.
