dian Tribal Governments) • American Indian Reli-gious Freedom Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1996 • Short history of the res-ervation’s establishment and tribe’s development • Types of land in Indian country • THPOs - what are they and what do they do? • CCCRPD – purpose of the organization, role in Tribal government • The Tribal106 system - who, what, where, why, etc. • Procedures for on-reservation projects, or “call before you dig” instructions
Proposal shall include: • Video outline and script • Video recording plan • Listing of people to interview • Recording locations • Video recording/inter-view • Video editing • Video Publishing
Response proposals must include the follow-ing: • Statement of capabilities and qualifications • Two professional refer-ences • Sample of previous video or other relevant professional work • Timeline • BudgetSuccessful bidder will be responsible for all ap-plicable Chippewa Cree Tribe TERO and adminis-trative costs which are 5% of total costs. Successful bidder must show proof of worker’s comp insurance or exemption or provide proof of application for ex-emption at time of contract execution.
