• 4 miles of underground and aerial construction, 144 count fiber, $150K investment
Village of Glenwillow • New fiber network connecting its municipal operations sites and city-owned properties as well as targeted
business and industrial parks
• Project incorporates partnerships with three private sector business owners and land developers
• 1.5 miles of aerial and underground construction, 144 count fiber, $90K investment
Lorain County Community College • Strategy to increase to an already-completed network as a previous sub recipient under our BTOP grant
through the creation of a community fiber road map for the area around the college
• Identification of three pilot programs to uncover new opportunities for fiber applications to inspire further
growth
• Planned investment of $175K over the next two years.
• Hosting a celebration to provide an overview of the successful 2014 projects as the kickoff for the 2015 program
• Moved our process to an online portal for submission of LOIs by interested parties making it easier and less intimidating

Health-Tech Corridor Project
• $1M 100 Gigabit Network project
• Partnership between OneCommunity ($100K), City of Cleveland ($200K), Federal Economic Development Agency ($700K), Ideastream and Case Western Reserve University
• 3.5 miles of aerial construction and installation of Juniper 100 Gig equipment in two existing node sites
