Successful people do not hide their weaknesses, they kill them.

Every successful person is one who has filtered his weakness and dealt with it effectively, instead of fearing

or running from it.

Weakness save people, makes them authoritative and gives them

the ability to empower others.

The only difference between successful people and others is that successful people are open to their

weaknesses and deal with them effectively. 

Every weakness contains within itself a strength.

To share your weakness is to make yourself vulnerable; to make yourself vulnerable is to show your

strength.

When we confront our biggest weaknesses, we prove that we can conquer everything else.

One should develop the mind-set that

weaknesses are not really weaknesses,

but strengths which help to break

limitations and fears.

Sometimes we have fears about our

weaknesses without realizing it. Take a minute

to think about what you have

always wanted to do or what you are

doing now.

 

Recognize and accept your

weaknesses. You cannot turn a

weakness into a strength if you are busy denying that

the weakness exists.
