IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The official language of Research Part and Main Part of the Conference is English.
The Researchers wanting to submit the abstracts for the Research part of the 12th Annual BMDA Conference “Successful 21st Century Organization” have to fill in the conference ABSTRACT FORM. For Abstract forms, please contact BMDA Project Manager Ms. Rima Mockeviciute by e-mail [email protected].
After receiving positive feedback from Scientific Committee, the full paper must be prepared using the following guidelines - Guidelines for Paper Submission.
After the full paper submission the Researcher gets the possibility to deliver a presentation during the Research part of the Conference as well as possibility to be printed (subject to peer review) in one of the four journals of the Conference.
All papers must be based on original material, and must not be under consideration by any other journal or conference.

EVALUATION PROCEDURE
The abstracts will be evaluated by Scientific Committee and the best research abstracts will give the possibility for researcher to submit full paper and deliver presentation during Research part of the conference.
PARTICIPATION FEE
Early bird fee (until April 15, 2014) for BMDA members – 390 EUR for whole 3 days package,
for non-BMDA members – 490 EUR for whole 3 days package
Late bird fee (after April 15, 2014)
for BMDA members – 490 EUR for whole 3 days package,
for non-BMDA members – 590 EUR for whole 3 days package
Special announcement - For the first 50 registered Conference participants, special Conference fee – only
270 Euros for the whole 3 days package
For the participants who wish to participate only partially, the fee of 200 EUR (until April 15, 2014), and 250 EUR (after April 15, 2014) will apply for every Conference day.
Special Scholarships are available for PhD students in order to
encourage their research activities

If the abstract was selected for presentation, Researcher has to send the registration form and to pay the fee for participation.

Informing researchers about the judging results*
Researcher has to pay early bird fee of 390 EUR for whole 3 days package or 200 EUR for one day only. For non-BMDA members, 490 EUR for whole 3 days package, 200 EUR for one day only.

If the abstract was not selected for presentation, the Researcher can participate in the Conference after paying the participation fee
