Client’s business challenge
Integrate Sparebanken NOR and DnB’s 4 different core systems into a single customer contact system, in order to provide more than 100 representatives across Oslo and Trondheim with customer data on a single platform
Steria‘s solution: Tellus – developed with Steria.
Information on a client’s identity/history comes up on a screen before the representative answers the telephone, which gives a 20-second saving per enquiry.
One of the goals was to bring up as much information as possible in the first window viewed by the representative, while still showing an overview

A user-driven project has delivered a user-friendly solution. Time saved is used to sell more services. Tellus is almost self-explanatory and simplifies training of new employees.
DnB NOR card is already contemplating Tellus 2.0.
