2. The electrode sizes required to be tested for this classification are 5/32 inch, 3/16 inch and 1/4 inch. The 3/32 inch, 1/8 inch and
7/32 inch sizes will also meet these requirements.
3. The 1/4 diameter electrode was reconditioned prior to moisture testing at 800 °F for 1 hour.
4. The 1/4 diameter electrode was reconditioned prior to diffusible testing at 800 °F for 1 hour.
5. Test assembly constructed of ASTM A36 steel.
6. Fillet Weld Test (positions as required): Met requirements.
7. Radiographic Inspection: Grade 1 - Met requirements.
