Insufficient Inventory Resulting in Gaps Across the Fleet
From 2011-2019, Nuclear Fleet LDO inventory declined while billet requirements grew
Nuclear CWO Inventory continues to decrease to zero in FY27 (Predicted)
Long-term fix applied through increased accessions in FY19, but the shortage will continue for 5-6 years
Current inventory shortage is focused in the LCDR ranks and will roll into the CDR ranks over the next 4-5 years
