Subject : REQUESTING FOR ADDMISSION FOR CENTRAL SCHOOLRespect Sir, I have the honor to state the following few lines for kind consideration and sympathetic order pleaseThat Sir, I am servicing in CRPF as rank of as Constable (GD/Mahila) at Group Centre Siliguri and my husband is also a member of the force and he is presently posted at Comdt-171 Bn CRPF ,Dibrugarh Assam.That Sir, I met with an accident on Sept2011 as my scooter collided with a Truck while coming from my out side (rented quarter) while I was to attend at office at Group Centre Siliguri in which my left arm was badly fractured. The accident was so serious that my skin grafting was required /done . But somehow , I have overcome from the accident but I still feel pain in my left hand. Due to impact of the accident , I still can not bend my left hand properly so I find great difficulties in doing my housework. Apart from above I have taken my treatment from Columbia Asia Hospital-Hebbal ,Banglore, Karnataka and my treating doctor have been certified that I am suffering from Posttraumatic Osteoarthrits of left elbow is required to be needed intensive physiotherapy to the left elbow for long time .That Sir, in this circumstances , Due to frequently movement of my Job , I can not to kept to my daughter in duty place with me and she is now studing in class V at St.Stephen School , Dum Dum Cant . Kolkata under control of Sister of Law . I want to shift to my daughter at Central School Dum Dum for admission at Class VI for the academic period in 2015 from CBSE board.in view of above , it is earnestly requested to you one seat may kindly be allotted / recommended for my daughter for admission for class VI at Centre School from your quota please so that we may be looked after properly to our daughter . For this act of kindness we shall remain ever grateful to you Sir please.
