Projects

1. M.Tech Project Topic: High Efficiency Solar Cell Design

Description: In this project a high-efficiency silicon solar cell was designed by using

anti-reflecting coating (ARC) and also by varying the doping profile of the cell. The

silicon dioxide (SiO2) and silicon nitride (Si3N4) layers have been modeled on PN

junction silicon solar cell as ARC by using Silvaco Software Packaging. Among the

three types of doping profile Gaussian doping profile proved best in both SiO2 and

Si3N4 as ARC.

2. B.Tech Project Topic: Emergency Help Calling Device(EHCD) for a vehicle

Description: EHCD is device through which any one whenever meets an accident SMS

alerts are send to the members whose numbers are feed in the cell phone. And

through the GPS System attached to the EHCD & Wireless Camera the location of

accident can be traced within minutes and necessary steps could be taken for HELP.
