Brisbane’s nation-leading investments in transport

infrastructure. Here you are in the box seat to enjoy

the flow-on benefits of the City’s impressive growth

trajectory. At Lutwyche you gain direct access to

Brisbane’s key employment hubs, including the

M E D I C A L P R E C I N C T S At Lutwyche you are afforded a direct route to one

of Brisbane’s largest hospital precincts at Herston.

The Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital oversees

more than one-tenth of all patient services across the

State, and is one of the City’s major employment hubs.

The Hospital’s workforce comprises more than 7,450

multidisciplinary staff who cater to more than 90,000

patients admitted each year.

A U S T R A L I A T R A D E C O A S TThe Australia Trade Coast is emerging as one of

Brisbane’s major centres of employment and industry,

with future expansion fuelled by multibillion-dollar

investments in new infrastructure. The region includes

Brisbane Domestic and International Airports and the

Port of Brisbane. Home to around 1,500 businesses, it

is forecast that the important trade region will employ

more than 110,000 people by 2026.

N O R T H E R N B U S W A YJust around the corner from Vantage is the new

Lutwyche Busway Station, your passport to Brisbane’s

impressive Busway network. From Lutwyche station

you can traverse the City from the north to south

using the Northern and South East Busway routes,

and enjoy a quick traffic-free commute to QUT Kelvin

Grove, Royal Brisbane Hospital precinct, and the CBD.

Brisbane Projected Population Growth

2011 (Actual) 2031 (Projected)

Brisbane is the economic powerhouse of the

Queensland economy, accounting for nearly half of

Queensland’s economic output. A major driver of the

State’s employment growth, Brisbane’s economic

credentials compare favourably with the nation’s

other capital cities, with the City averaging 4.7 per cent

growth between 2001 and 2011.

A number of factors are underpinning Brisbane’s

high-performance property market, with significant

long-term population and employment growth, and

sustained infrastructure investment combining with

the enduring appeal of Brisbane’s attractive subtropical

lifestyle. The City’s exceptional rental yields and

forecast growth trajectory have created the perfect

conditions for both investors and owner-occupiers to

enter the market.
