This category is qualified by my attached Log Book and video.

I initially started with a half day stunt course at stunt park followed by a full day stunt course in November

and a 2 Week Professional Stunt Performers Course conducted by Colin Handley at The Australian Stunt

Academy in December 2016, where I was awarded the Best Safety And Teamwork

I then continued my training through the numerous training locations in Gold Coast and Brisbane, whilst

also taking on the role of Assistant Instructor at Stunt Park. I have since assisted on 2 Stunt Courses at The

Australian Stunt Academy and numerous days for multiple clients and corporate events. I have also trained

in Hollywood with numerous stunt coordinators for two weeks, and have completed a Stunt Rigging course

with Keir Beck where I have also regularly trained at AP8 and several fire burn workshops with Darko

Tuskan at Live Action Training ref log book.

Sub Category B – Fighting

This category is qualified by experience in Martial Arts.

I started Martial arts at age 16 year 2011 and learnt BJJ, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Khali, I have done 3 state

Grappling competitions where I came in the top 3 in each. I have also done several military self-defence

disciplines over my 4 year service. And have done 11 months of theatrical fighting under Stunt Coordinator

Darko Tuskan and SAP Jason O’halloran, Colin Handley Ref Log Book.

Category 2 – Heights This category is qualified by experience in Heights

I have done abseiling in the army since 2013 and at Stunt Park for the past 11 months where I have helped

instruct basic abseiling, inverted abseiling, window entries, angel, Aussie Abseiling, I have also been taught

2 Commando repelling techniques by 2 commando CPL Wanroy. I have also been signed off by Darko

Tuskan for 6m High Falls ref Log book. I also have a Basic Rigging Certificate/ Level 1 Stunt Rigging/

Working At Heights and have completed 8 logged sky dives at Ramblers!

This category is qualified by holding my current Nationally Recognised drivers Licence. I have done 2

logged days of stunt driving with Australian Stunt Academy supervised by Colin Handley, And have

completed a Defensive driving course at Lakeside Training centre and Advance Drivers Course at Mount

Cotton.

Category 4 - Animals

This category is qualified by doing over one year active involvement horse riding with

trainer Philadelphia Perren, And have done Horse falls in Hollywood ref grading reel,

Horse Riding Lesson in Kenilworth going from walk to Trott

Category 5 – Water

This category is qualified by holding an Rescue Diver licence and have completed 16 dives in the last 12

months consisting of shore dives, Boat Dives and deep water dives, Training Recue Dives

My licence is also current for both Personnel Watercraft and Jet Ski Ref Drivers Licence
